PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICIES.

DEPOSITS FOR THE WEEK RIDES
A booking deposit of 250 Euros will be required to confirm your reservation, the balance to be paid no later than 40 days prior to the commencement date of the ride.

DEPOSITS FOR THE SHORT BREAKS
A booking deposit of 150 Euros will be required to confirm your reservation, the balance to be paid no later than 40 days prior to the commencement date of the ride.

Final payment should be made no later than 40 days prior to the start of the ride. We will refund 50% of the final payment if notice is given 31 days or more before the start of the ride. No refund will be given for cancellations 30 days and under. All cancellations must be made in writing either by email or registered post.

Deposits are not refundable or transferrable.

Date changes: Once confirmed on a ride, changes are only possible by mutual agreement if the adjustment does not cause extra costs or hardship to other parties.
